Terms of Service

The BIG Games Index (the "Service") is operated by Big Games LLC ("Big Games", "we", "us", or "our"), a Delaware limited liability company and the creator of Pet Simulator 99. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Big Games. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Browsing the public database, wiki, and leaderboards is open to everyone and does not require an account. However, you must be at least 13 years old to create an account, sign in, link a Roblox account, or use the developer platform. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or otherwise provide personal information. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you may only use the account features with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Roblox additionally requires that you have a 13+ Roblox account to authorize any third-party application, including ours.

The Service currently includes:

• A public database of Pet Simulator 99 content (pets, eggs, charms, enchants, hoverboards, potions, achievements, mastery, worlds, and more) and a game wiki.
• Player, clan, and league statistics and leaderboards, compiled from data published through BIG Games' public game API.
• User accounts, with sign-in by email, Google, or Roblox, and the ability to link one or more Roblox accounts.
• A developer platform where you can register applications, and a Player API through which authorized applications can access player data that a player has explicitly consented to share.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial enjoyment of Pet Simulator 99 except where we expressly permit otherwise (such as developer use of the Player API under these Terms).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Big Games account, your login credentials, and any linked Roblox accounts you authorize. You agree to provide accurate information, including a valid email address for security and account-recovery notifications, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@biggames.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not share your session cookie or any access token issued to you, and do not attempt to access another user's account or data.

You may sign in using Google or Roblox. When you do, the provider shares a limited set of profile information with us as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We use Google user data only to authenticate you and operate account features, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Linking a Roblox account lets you appear on consent screens, authorize the Player API, and use developer features. You may only link a Roblox account that you own and control. The following terms apply to all use of the Service that involves Roblox (collectively, the "App Terms"):

• You agree to comply with the Roblox Terms of Use when accessing or using any part of the Service that interacts with Roblox.
• These App Terms are between you and Big Games only, and not with Roblox Corporation ("Roblox").
• Roblox is not affiliated in any way with Big Games or the Service, and does not endorse or sponsor the Service.
• Roblox is not responsible or liable for your or any party's use of or access to the Service.
• Roblox has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the Service.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, by using or accessing the Service you waive and release any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses against Roblox arising from or related to the Service.

We will not provide your personally identifiable information to Roblox except as you direct or as expressly agreed with Roblox in writing. "Roblox" and "Pet Simulator" are referenced descriptively only; Big Games is the creator of Pet Simulator 99, but the Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the site or other BIG Games web properties — including public profile pages, leaderboards, and image proxies — outside of the Player API and its documented limits.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures, including by rotating keys, fanning out across IP addresses, or rotating user agents.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or otherwise interfere with its security or integrity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
• Use the Service, or data obtained through it, to assess the performance of, or to gain competitive insight into, Roblox's usage, revenue, or business, or to compete with Roblox.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, or to infringe anyone's rights.

Applications registered on the developer portal receive a Client ID and a Client Secret. Client Secrets are confidential credentials. You agree not to:

• Share, distribute, or publish your Client Secret in source control, client-side code, browser extensions, mobile binaries, gameplay scripts, or any other publicly accessible location.
• Use another developer's Client Secret without their explicit written permission.
• Misrepresent the identity, owner, or purpose of your application on consent screens or in marketing.

The Player API provides access to player data only after the player has explicitly approved your application's requested scopes on a BIG Games-hosted consent screen. You agree to:

• Request only the scopes your application actually needs, and never request a scope you do not use.
• Use player data solely for the purpose disclosed to the player at consent and described in your own privacy policy. Onward selling, brokering, or non-consented sharing of player data is prohibited.
• Maintain your own privacy policy that complies with applicable data-protection law, and provide players a clear and conspicuous notice of how you collect, use, and protect their data.
• Delete cached player data within 30 days unless retention is required for the user-facing feature the player has consented to.
• Honor revocation: when a player revokes a grant, stop using their data and delete derived caches within 7 days.

BIG Games applies per-key, per-player, and per-app rate limits and may revoke any application, Client Secret, or grant immediately and without notice upon detecting actual or suspected secret disclosure, abuse, scraping, or impersonation.

Pet Simulator 99 and the BIG Games Index, including their text, graphics, logos, and game content, are owned by Big Games and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

"Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation and is used here only to describe interoperability. We do not use Roblox's logo or marks in our branding. Any feedback you send us about the Service may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability, accuracy, or completeness of data. Game statistics and player data are derived from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Games and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Games from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, including Roblox.

BIG Games may suspend or terminate access to the Service, the developer portal, or the Player API at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe a violation of these Terms has occurred or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@biggames.io. Upon termination, all Client Secrets and grants associated with the terminated account are revoked. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes may require fresh acceptance through the developer portal before continued use of restricted features. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
